Payment Options |
- Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
- "Net 15" open account terms are available for well rated firms within the United States and Canada. Terms of payment are net 15 days.
- Non-rated companies may apply for open account terms by submitting trade and bank references.
- Credit will not be granted by LTA, Inc., for first orders. All decisions with respect to credit granting, extension or continuation are the sole discretion of LTA, Inc.
- Past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge of $75.00 or 2% per month, whichever is greater.
- LTA, Inc. reserves the right to terminate credit availability at any time.
- All charges associated with wire transfers on Domestic or International orders are the responsibilty of the buyer.

| Delivery dates are based on normal expectancy and are approximate. Also subject to fire, accidents, procurement of materials and other causes which are unavoidable or beyond our control and any such contingency shall excuse any delay in delivery or any failure to fill any order. |

| WARRANTY |
LTA, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LTA, Inc. guarantees its products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty applies only to such products that have been used for their intended purpose and remain the property of the original purchaser. LTA, Inc. shall not be held liable for any further cost or expense, whether directly or indirectly. Since LTA, Inc. cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, LTA, Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages, or consequential damages. The 90 day warranty applies to all products manufactured by LTA, Inc. |
LTA, Inc. does not warrant any batteries and only the warranties of the respective manufacturer will apply, if any. |

Sales Tax |
Customers in California must add applicable sales tax if a valid exemption certificate is not on file with LTA’s main office. LTA, Inc. is required to collect sales tax in California if a current resale permit is not on file (or submitted with order). |

- Special orders are not returnable.
- Include copy of invoice with the return.
- All returned merchandise are for replacement only. No refunds are allowed.

| Important Notes |
- Merchandise received by LTA, Inc. with the copy of the invoice will be held for processing until it has been determined that the return was made for justifiable reasons.
- A 15% restocking charge will apply for items returned due to customer error.
- All parts must be returned with all accessories enclosed in the original packaging.
- To receive a credit or refund, products must be returned within 30 days. Incorrect orders must be reported within 15 days.
- Warranty terms are set by each manufacture.
- When returning merchandise, please place the original package inside of a shipping carton.
